AI disclosure and content policy

Last updated October 5, 2026

Every presenter in our ads and on this site is AI-generated. This page explains how we keep that honest.

What's AI-generated

The presenters (their faces, bodies and voices), the scenes they appear in, and the way the product appears in the video are made with AI video and image tools. Scripts are written and every frame is reviewed by a person.

How we label it

Demonstrate, never testify

A synthetic person saying they used a product is a fabricated testimonial. The US Federal Trade Commission's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) covers AI-generated testimonials, and its endorsement guides apply to virtual endorsers the same way they apply to people. So our presenters:

Synthetic performer disclosure

New York requires advertisers and agencies that know an ad uses a synthetic performer to disclose it conspicuously. Our in-frame AI label is designed with that in mind, and our service terms ask clients to keep it in place.

What we won't make

Claims

We only use product claims the client gives us and confirms they can substantiate. We may decline any claim that seems misleading.

Platform rules

Ad platforms set their own AI-content and ad policies and change them often. Clients run ads under their own accounts and are responsible for following those policies. We'll flag anything we know is a problem.

Questions or concerns

If you think one of our presenters resembles a real person, or an ad we made breaks these rules, email hello@snackpackstudio.com and we'll look into it promptly.

This page describes how we work. It isn't legal advice.
